What is BrandDrive?
BrandDrive is a business management software. You can access BrandDrive from anywhere, anytime and from any device. It has everything you need to manage your business finances. With BrandDrive you can create e-invoices that are very much tax compliant in seconds. You can manage your business contacts i.e. vendors & customers, create and manage sales orders, business expenses and see your detailed business report (profit & loss) at a glance without having to manually compute it. You can connect it to your business bank account and reconcile transactions. You can pay your vendors directly from within the BrandDrive app. And this is the most interesting part, your entire business data is completely backed up online which means you can never lose it. You can also access the mobile app on iOS and android. This guide is designed to help you get the most out of BrandDrive from day one. Create Your Personal Account
Your personal account is your secure login. It’s what you’ll use to access BrandDrive and manage one or multiple businesses.
Step 1: Visit the Portal. Go to app.branddrive.co/register on your browser or download the app on iOS or Android.
Step 2: Secure Your Login. Enter a valid email address and create a strong password.
Tip: Mix letters, numbers, and symbols. Your business data is valuable; keep it locked tight!
Step 3: Verify Your Email Check your inbox for a verification link.
Can’t find it? Check your Promotions or Spam folders. It’s usually hiding there! Once you click that link, your personal account is officially active.
Set Up Your Business Profile
On your dashboard, go to Settings and click on Create a New Business.
– Business Name: Use your official business name. This will appear on all your invoices and receipts.
– Business Industry: Choose the category that best describes you (e.g., Retail, Fashion, Health & Beauty). This helps us customize your experience.
– Country & Currency: Select your country and your primary currency (NGN, USD, GHS, KES, etc.).
– Upload Your Logo: At the top of the page, click Upload Logo.
