Inventory Management

Setting up Products with variations

Create product variations for items that come in different sizes, colors, or styles.

What are Product Variations?

Variations let you track the same product in different options like:

  • Sizes (Small, Medium, Large, XL)
  • Colors (Red, Blue, Green, Black)
  • Styles (Classic, Modern, Premium)
  • Materials (Cotton, Polyester, Silk)

Each variation has its own price, SKU, and stock level.

When to Use Variations

Use variations when a product has:

  • Multiple sizes or colors
  • Different pricing per option
  • Separate stock tracking needed

Don’t use for completely different products.
