What are Bulk Transfers?
Bulk transfers allow you to send money to multiple recipients simultaneously instead of processing individual payments. Send one file with all recipients and amounts, and BrandDrive processes all transfers at once.
When to Use Bulk Transfers
Use bulk transfers for:
- Payroll – Pay multiple employees at once
- Vendor payments – Settle multiple supplier invoices
- Commission payouts – Distribute sales commissions to team
- Refunds – Process multiple customer refunds
- Supplier settlements – Pay numerous vendors monthly

Requirements
To use bulk transfers, you need:
- Active BrandDrive wallet with sufficient funds
- Verified business account
- Recipient bank account details
- CSV file with payment information
How It Works
- Prepare recipient list with names, account details, amounts
- Upload CSV file to BrandDrive
- Review and confirm transfer details
- Approve with wallet PIN
- BrandDrive processes all transfers
- Track status for each recipient
Transfer Limits
Bulk transfer limits based on your plan and verification:
- Maximum recipients per batch (typically 100-1,000)
- Maximum total amount per batch
- Daily bulk transfer limits
Check your limits in Wallet > Bulk Transfers > Limits.
Processing Time
- Same bank transfers: Usually instant to 2 hours
- Different banks: 2-24 hours
- Failed transfers: Funds returned to wallet automatically
Fees
Bulk transfer fees are typically lower than individual transfers:
- Per-transaction fee or
- Percentage of total amount or
- Flat batch fee
