Setting Up Bulk Transfer Templates

Create reusable templates to streamline your bulk payment processes.

What are Templates?

Templates are pre-saved recipient lists you can reuse for regular bulk transfers like monthly payroll or recurring vendor payments.

Creating a Template

Navigate to Wallet > Bulk Transfers > Templates and click “Create Template”.

Template Details

  • Template name – e.g., “Monthly Payroll”, “Supplier Payments”
  • Description – Note what this template is for
  • Payment type – Payroll, vendor, commission, etc.

Adding Recipients

Manual Entry:

  1. Click “Add Recipient”
  2. Enter name, bank name, account number
  3. Add amount (or leave blank for variable amounts)
  4. Repeat for all recipients

CSV Upload:

  1. Download CSV template
  2. Fill in recipient details (name, bank, account number, amount)
  3. Upload completed file
  4. BrandDrive validates and imports data

CSV Template Format

Required columns:

  • Recipient Name
  • Bank Name
  • Account Number
  • Amount (optional if varies each time)
  • Narration/Description (optional)

Saving Templates

After adding all recipients, click “Save Template”. Templates are stored securely and can be edited anytime.

Using Saved Templates

  1. Go to Bulk Transfers > New Transfer
  2. Select “Use Template”
  3. Choose your saved template
  4. Update amounts if needed
  5. Proceed with transfer

Editing Templates

To modify an existing template:

  1. Go to Templates
  2. Find the template
  3. Click “Edit”
  4. Add/remove recipients or update details
  5. Save changes

Deleting Templates

Remove templates you no longer need:

  1. Find template in list
  2. Click “Delete”
  3. Confirm deletion

Past transfers using deleted templates remain in history.
