Setting up your BrandDrive Wallet

Create your BrandDrive business wallet to manage funds, make payments, and handle business transactions easily.

What is BrandDrive Wallet?

BrandDrive Wallet is a digital account within your BrandDrive platform that allows you to:

  • Store business funds securely
  • Make vendor payments quickly
  • Process bulk transfers
  • Pay team salaries
  • Handle business expenses

Accessing Wallet Setup

Navigate to Banking > Wallet or Finance > Wallet and click “Create Wallet” or “Activate Wallet”.

Wallet Activation Steps

Step 1: Verify Your Business

Provide required business information:

  • Business registration number
  • Tax identification number
  • Business bank account details
  • Owner/Director identification

This ensures compliance with financial regulations.

Step 2: Set Security PIN

Create a 4-6 digit PIN for wallet transactions. This PIN is required for:

  • Withdrawals
  • Transfers
  • Payment approvals

Keep your PIN confidential and don’t share with anyone.

Step 3: Link Bank Account

Connect your business bank account for:

  • Funding your wallet
  • Withdrawing wallet balance
  • Automatic settlements

Enter bank name, account number, and account name.

Step 4: Complete KYC

Submit Know Your Customer (KYC) documents if required:

  • Valid ID (National ID, Passport, Driver’s License)
  • Proof of address (Utility bill, bank statement)
  • Business registration documents

Documents are reviewed within 1-2 business days.

Wallet Features

Balance Management: View available balance, pending transactions, and transaction history in real-time.

Multiple Currencies: Hold funds in different currencies if your business operates internationally.

Transaction Limits: Daily and per-transaction limits based on your verification level and plan.

Wallet Status

Your wallet can have different statuses:

  • Pending – Activation in progress
  • Active – Fully operational
  • Restricted – Limited functionality (pending verification)
  • Suspended – Temporarily disabled (contact support)

BrandDrive Wallet includes:

  • End-to-end encryption
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Transaction PIN requirement
  • Real-time fraud monitoring
  • Activity alerts

Wallet Limits

Limits vary by plan and verification level:

  • Daily transaction limit – Maximum amount per day
  • Single transaction limit – Maximum per transaction
  • Monthly limit – Total monthly volume

Upgrade verification level or plan to increase limits.

Verification Levels

Level 1 (Basic): Limited transactions, basic features Level 2 (Verified): Higher limits, full features Level 3 (Enhanced): Highest limits, premium features

Increase level by submitting additional documentation.
