Managing Wallet Transaction

View, track, and manage all activities in your BrandDrive wallet.

Viewing Wallet Balance

Check your current balance from Wallet dashboard showing:

  • Available balance – Funds you can use immediately
  • Pending balance – Transactions being processed
  • Total balance – Combined available and pending

Transaction History

Access complete transaction records in Wallet > Transactions. View:

  • Deposits (funds added)
  • Withdrawals (funds removed)
  • Transfers (payments to vendors, staff)
  • Fees charged
  • Refunds received

Filter by date range, transaction type, or status.

Transaction Details

Click any transaction to see full details including:

  • Transaction ID
  • Date and time
  • Amount
  • Recipient/sender
  • Description
  • Status
  • Fees applied

Withdrawing Funds

Transfer money from wallet to your bank account:

  1. Go to Wallet > Withdraw
  2. Select linked bank account
  3. Enter withdrawal amount
  4. Enter your wallet PIN
  5. Confirm withdrawal

Funds typically arrive within 1-24 hours.

Withdrawal limits apply based on verification level.

Making Payments

Use wallet funds for:

  • Vendor payments
  • Staff salaries
  • Bulk transfers
  • Business expenses
  • Bill payments

Select “Pay from Wallet” when making any payment in BrandDrive.

Transaction Receipts

Download receipts for any transaction:

  1. Open transaction details
  2. Click “Download Receipt”
  3. Save as PDF

Use receipts for accounting and record-keeping.

Transaction Status

Completed – Successfully processed Pending – Being processed (wait time varies) Failed – Unsuccessful (funds returned) Reversed – Cancelled and refunded

Setting Up Alerts

Get notified about wallet activity:

  1. Go to Wallet > Settings > Notifications
  2. Enable alerts for:
    • Low balance
    • Large transactions
    • Withdrawals
    • Failed transactions

Receive notifications via email, SMS, or in-app.

Transaction Limits

Monitor your usage against limits:

  • Daily spending limit
  • Per-transaction limit
  • Monthly volume limit

View current usage in Wallet > Limits.

Security Features

Protect your wallet with:

  • Transaction PIN required for payments
  • Two-factor authentication
  • Biometric verification (mobile app)
  • Real-time fraud alerts

Disputing Transactions

If you see unauthorized or incorrect transactions:

  1. Go to transaction details
  2. Click “Report Issue” or “Dispute”
  3. Provide details and evidence
  4. Submit dispute

Disputes are reviewed within 3-5 business days.

Exporting Transaction Data

Download transaction history for accounting:

  1. Go to Wallet > Transactions
  2. Click “Export”
  3. Select date range
  4. Choose format (CSV or PDF)
  5. Download file
