Load money into your BrandDrive wallet to make payments and handle business transactions.
Funding Methods
Bank Transfer
Transfer money from your linked bank account to your wallet:
- Go to Wallet > Add Funds
- Select “Bank Transfer”
- Enter amount to deposit
- Click “Generate Account Details”
- Transfer to provided account number
- Funds reflect within minutes to 24 hours
Card Funding
Add funds instantly using your debit or credit card:
- Click “Add Funds” > “Card”
- Enter amount
- Enter card details or select saved card
- Confirm transaction
- Funds available immediately
Card funding may incur small processing fees.
Direct Bank Deposit
Some banks allow direct deposits to your wallet account number. Use your unique wallet account number for deposits.
Minimum and Maximum Amounts
- Minimum deposit: Varies by method (typically ₦1,000 – ₦5,000)
- Maximum deposit: Based on your wallet verification level
- Daily limit: Cumulative deposits per day
Check current limits in Wallet > Limits.
Processing Time
Instant: Card payments, mobile money 1-24 hours: Bank transfers Up to 3 days: International transfers
Transaction Fees
Fees vary by funding method:
- Bank transfer: Usually free
- Card payments: 1-2% processing fee
- International transfers: Currency conversion + transfer fees
View fees before confirming each transaction.
Funding from Sales Revenue
Automatically route sales revenue to your wallet:
- Go to Settings > Payments
- Enable “Auto-fund Wallet”
- Set percentage or amount to transfer
- Sales proceeds deposit to wallet automatically
Failed Deposits
If a deposit fails:
- Check bank account has sufficient funds
- Verify account details are correct
- Contact your bank to authorize transaction
- Try alternative funding method
Funds are returned if transfer fails.
Viewing Funding History
Track all deposits in Wallet > Transactions > “Deposits”. Each entry shows date, amount, source, and status.
Auto-Funding
Set up automatic deposits to maintain minimum wallet balance:
- Go to Wallet > Settings
- Enable “Auto-fund”
- Set minimum balance threshold
- Select funding source
- Wallet auto-funds when balance drops below threshold
