Upgrading or Downgrading your Plan

Change your BrandDrive subscription anytime as your business needs evolve.

Accessing Plan Management

Go to Settings > Billing > Plans to view and manage available plans.

Upgrading Your Plan

When to Upgrade

Upgrade if you need:

  • More team members
  • Advanced features (POS, online shop, multi-location)
  • Higher limits and better support
  • Advanced reports and analytics

How to Upgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing > Plans
  2. Select a higher plan and click Upgrade
  3. Choose Monthly or Annual billing
  4. Confirm pricing and payment

What Happens After Upgrade

  • New features activate immediately
  • You’re charged a prorated amount for the current billing period
  • Future billing uses the new plan rate
  • All data and settings remain unchanged

Downgrading Your Plan

When to Downgrade

Downgrade if:

  • Business activity slows down
  • You no longer need premium features
  • You’re reducing team size
  • You want to cut costs

How to Downgrade

  1. Go to Settings > Billing
  2. Click Change Plan
  3. Select a lower plan and confirm

When Downgrades Take Effect

  • Downgrades apply at the end of your current billing cycle
  • You keep full access until the cycle ends
  • No partial refunds

After Downgrade

  • Unavailable features are removed
  • Data is preserved (some may be view-only)
  • Extra team members may lose access
  • Product or location limits may apply

BrandDrive notifies you of required changes before confirming a downgrade.

Switching Billing Cycles

  • Monthly → Annual: Pay upfront and save up to 20%
  • Annual → Monthly: Change applies after the current annual period ends (no refunds)

Other Important Notes

  • Promotions: Downgrading may remove discounted pricing
  • Enterprise Plans: Contact [email protected] for changes
  • Failed Payments: Upgrade won’t complete until payment succeeds
  • Refunds: No refunds on downgrades; upgrades are prorated

Best Practices

  • Review feature needs before changing plans
  • Adjust team members and inventory before downgrading
  • Consider annual billing for long-term savings
  • Download important reports before downgrading
