Managing Payment Methods

Add and manage payment methods used for your BrandDrive subscription.

Accessing Payment Methods

Go to Settings > Billing > Payment Methods.

Adding a Payment Method

Credit or Debit Card

You can add a Visa, Mastercard, Verve, or American Express card (availability varies by region).

  1. Click Add Payment Method
  2. Select Credit/Debit Card
  3. Enter card details and billing address
  4. Click Save

Card information is encrypted and processed securely using PCI-compliant payment providers.

Bank Account (Direct Debit)

Available in select regions.

  • Add bank details
  • Verify the account (if required)
  • Save

Setting a Default Payment Method

If you have multiple payment options:

  • Go to Payment Methods
  • Select a card or bank account
  • Click Set as Default

All future subscription charges will use this method.

Updating or Removing Payment Methods

Update Details

  • Edit card expiration, number, or billing address
  • Or add a new card and remove the old one

Remove a Payment Method

  • Select the payment method
  • Click Remove and confirm

Note: You must set another method as default before removing one linked to an active subscription.

Payment Security

BrandDrive protects your payment data with:

  • Encryption in transit and storage
  • PCI-compliant processing
  • Tokenization (no full card numbers stored)
  • CVV codes are never saved

Only the last four digits of your card are visible.

Failed Payments

If a payment fails:

  • You’ll receive an email notification
  • Automatic retries are attempted
  • Update your payment method to resolve the issue

Common reasons include insufficient funds, expired cards, bank restrictions, or billing address errors.

Automatic Billing & Receipts

  • Subscriptions renew automatically each billing cycle
  • Charges occur on your renewal date
  • Email receipts and downloadable invoices are provided
  • View upcoming charges in Settings > Billing

Changing Payment Method

To use a different card:

  • Add a new payment method
  • Set it as default
    The previous method remains saved but won’t be charged.

International Payments

  • Charges are processed in your local currency when possible
  • International cards are accepted
  • Currency conversion and foreign fees may apply based on your bank

Payment Issues or Disputes

If you notice unfamiliar charges:

  • Check your billing history
  • Contact [email protected] immediately
    Avoid disputing with your bank before contacting support.
