Monitor and control where your BrandDrive account is logged in to maintain security across devices.
What are Login Sessions?
A login session is created each time you log into BrandDrive on a device or browser. Active sessions allow you to stay logged in without entering your password every time.
Viewing Active Sessions
See all devices currently logged into your account:
- Click your profile icon
- Go to “Account Settings” > “Security”
- Select “Active Sessions” or “Login Activity”
You’ll see a list showing:
- Device type (Computer, Mobile, Tablet)
- Browser used (Chrome, Safari, Firefox)
- Operating system
- Location (city, country)
- IP address
- Last activity time
Understanding Session Information
Current Session
Marked as “This device” or “Current session”. This is where you’re logged in right now.
Other Sessions
All other active logins on different devices or browsers.
Session Duration
How long ago the device was last used to access BrandDrive.
Logging Out of Devices
Log Out Single Device
To end a session on a specific device:
- Find the device in your active sessions list
- Click “Log Out” or “Revoke” next to it
- Confirm the action
That device will need to log in again with password (and 2FA if enabled).
Log Out All Devices
To sign out everywhere except your current device:
- Go to “Active Sessions”
- Click “Log Out All Other Sessions”
- Confirm
This is useful if you suspect unauthorized access or want to ensure old sessions are cleared.
When to Log Out Devices
Log out devices when:
- You no longer use that device
- Device shows unfamiliar location
- You suspect unauthorized access
- Selling or giving away a device
- Using a public or shared computer
- Changing your password for security

- See successful and failed login attempts
- Review dates, times, locations, and devices

- Logins from unfamiliar locations

Session Security Features
Automatic Session Timeout
BrandDrive automatically logs you out after:
- 30 days of inactivity
- Closing browser (depending on settings)
- Multiple failed login attempts
This protects your account if you forget to log out.
Session Expiry
Sessions expire after extended periods of no activity for security. You’ll need to log in again.
Security Alerts
BrandDrive can notify you about security events:
- Go to Settings > Security > “Notifications”
- Enable alerts for:
- New device logins
- Failed login attempts
- Password changes
- Security setting changes
Receive alerts via email or in-app notifications.
Multi-Device Usage
It’s normal to have multiple active sessions if you use BrandDrive on:
- Office computer
- Home laptop
- Mobile phone
- Tablet
As long as you recognize all devices, multiple sessions are fine.
Best Practices
Do:
- Regularly review active sessions (monthly)
- Log out when using shared or public computers
- Enable login notifications
- Keep device list updated
- Use “Remember me” only on personal devices
Don’t:
- Stay logged in on public computers
- Share your login with others
- Ignore unfamiliar login locations
- Leave inactive sessions indefinitely
Suspicious Activity Response
If you see unauthorized sessions:
- Immediately log out all other sessions
- Change your password
- Enable two-factor authentication if not already active
- Review recent account activity
- Contact [email protected]
Team Member Sessions
Owners and Admins can view team member login activity:
- Go to Settings > Team
- Click on a team member
- View their login history and active sessions
This helps monitor account access and security compliance.
Session vs. API Access
Login sessions are different from API access tokens. API tokens don’t appear in active sessions but are managed separately in Settings > Integrations.
