Managing Your Account Settings  

Your account settings allow you to control your personal information, preferences, and how you interact with BrandDrive.

Accessing Account Settings

  1. Log in to your BrandDrive account
  2. Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
  3. Select Account Settings

Personal Information

Update your basic details:

  • Full Name – Your display name
  • Email Address – Your login email (requires verification after change)
  • Phone Number – Your contact number
  • Profile Photo – Upload or change your picture

Changing Your Password

  1. Go to Account Settings > Security
  2. Enter your current password
  3. Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
  4. Confirm the new password
  5. Click Save Changes

Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the email instructions.

Notification Preferences

Choose what alerts you want to receive:

  • Sales notifications
  • Payment confirmations
  • Low stock alerts
  • Marketing emails
  • Weekly business reports

To adjust: Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle each option on or off.

Language and Regional Settings

  • Language – Choose your preferred interface language
  • Time Zone – Set your local time zone
  • Date Format – Select DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
