Managing Your Account Settings
Your account settings allow you to control your personal information, preferences, and how you interact with BrandDrive.
Accessing Account Settings
- Log in to your BrandDrive account
- Click on your profile icon in the top right corner
- Select Account Settings
Personal Information
Update your basic details:
- Full Name – Your display name
- Email Address – Your login email (requires verification after change)
- Phone Number – Your contact number
- Profile Photo – Upload or change your picture
Changing Your Password
- Go to Account Settings > Security
- Enter your current password
- Enter your new password (minimum 8 characters)
- Confirm the new password
- Click Save Changes
Forgot your password? Click “Forgot Password” on the login page and follow the email instructions.
Notification Preferences
Choose what alerts you want to receive:
- Sales notifications
- Payment confirmations
- Low stock alerts
- Marketing emails
- Weekly business reports
To adjust: Go to Settings > Notifications and toggle each option on or off.
Language and Regional Settings
- Language – Choose your preferred interface language
- Time Zone – Set your local time zone
- Date Format – Select DD/MM/YYYY or MM/DD/YYYY
