Managing Your Business Profile

Keep your business information current to ensure professional branding and accurate records across BrandDrive.

Accessing Your Business Profile

Navigate to Settings > Business Profile or Settings > Company Information to view and edit your business details.

Basic Business Information

Business Name

Your official business name as it appears on legal documents. This name displays on:

  • Invoices and receipts
  • Your online shop
  • Customer emails
  • Financial reports

To update: Click “Edit” next to business name, enter new name, and save.

Business Logo

Upload or change your business logo for professional branding. Your logo appears on invoices, receipts, online shop, and marketing materials.

Logo requirements:

  • Recommended size: 500×500 pixels
  • Formats: PNG or JPG
  • Maximum file size: 2MB
  • Use clear, high-quality image

Click “Upload Logo” or “Change Logo” to update.

Business Description

Brief description of what your business does. This appears on your online shop and helps customers understand your offerings.

Keep it concise – 2 to 3 sentences explaining your products or services.

Contact Information

Business Address

Your physical business location or registered address including:

  • Street address
  • City/State
  • Postal code
  • Country

This address appears on invoices and helps customers find you.

Phone Number

Primary business phone number for customer contact. Include country code for international accessibility.

Email Address

Official business email for communications, support, and invoices. Use a professional domain email when possible (e.g., [email protected]).

Website

Your business website URL if you have one. Appears on invoices and promotional materials.

Social Media Links

Add your business social media profiles:

  • Facebook
  • Instagram
  • Twitter/X
  • LinkedIn
  • WhatsApp Business

These links appear on your online shop, making it easy for customers to connect with you on their preferred platform.

To add: Click “Add Social Media”, select platform, enter profile URL, and save.

Operating Hours

Set your business operating hours for each day of the week:

  1. Go to Business Profile > Operating Hours
  2. Set opening and closing times for each day
  3. Mark days when you’re closed
  4. Save changes

Operating hours display on your online shop so customers know when you’re available.

Multiple Locations

If you have multiple business locations:

  1. Go to Settings > Locations
  2. Click “Add Location”
  3. Enter location name, address, and contact details
  4. Assign manager or staff to the location
  5. Save

Each location can have separate operating hours and contact information.

Editing Your Profile

To update any information:

  1. Navigate to Settings > Business Profile
  2. Click “Edit” next to the section you want to change
  3. Make your updates
  4. Click “Save Changes”

Changes apply immediately across all BrandDrive features.

Profile Visibility

Control what information is visible to customers:

  • Public – Shows on online shop and invoices (business name, logo, contact details)
  • Private – Only visible to you and your team (internal notes, staff assignments)

Most business information is public by default for transparency and customer trust.
