Keep your business information up to date to ensure professional branding and accurate records across BrandDrive.
Accessing Company Information
Navigate to Settings > Business Profile or Settings > Company Information to view and edit your business details.
Basic Business Information
Business Name
Your official registered business name as it appears on legal documents. This name appears on:
- Invoices and receipts
- Your online shop
- Customer communications
- Financial reports
Keep this accurate and up to date.
Business Description
A brief description of what your business does and what makes you unique. This appears on your online shop and public-facing materials.
Use clear, concise language that customers can easily understand.
Business Logo
Upload your business logo for professional branding. Your logo appears on:
- Invoices and receipts
- Online shop
- Email communications
- Marketing materials
Recommended size: 500×500 pixels in PNG or JPG format.
Contact Information
Business Address
Your physical business location or registered address including street address, city/state, postal code, and country.
This appears on invoices and helps customers find you.
Phone Number
Primary business phone number for customer contact. Include country code for international customers.
Email Address
Official business email for communications, support, and invoice delivery. Use a professional domain email when possible.
Website
Your business website URL if you have one. This appears on invoices and marketing materials.
Legal and Tax Information
Business Registration Number
Your official business registration or company number issued by government authorities.
Tax Identification Number (TIN)
Your tax ID or VAT number required for tax reporting and compliance. This appears on invoices and tax documents.
Business Type
Select your business structure:
- Sole Proprietorship
- Partnership
- Limited Liability Company (LLC)
- Corporation
- Other
This helps with proper tax treatment and reporting.
Industry/Business Category
Choose the industry that best describes your business (retail, services, food & beverage, etc.). This helps customize BrandDrive features for your needs.
Financial Information
Primary Currency
Your main business currency (NGN, USD, GHS, KES, etc.). All transactions, reports, and pricing use this currency by default.
Changing currency affects all future transactions but doesn’t convert historical data.
Fiscal Year
Set your fiscal year start date if different from calendar year. This affects financial reporting periods and year-end processes.
Time Zone
Your business operating time zone for accurate timestamps on transactions, reports, and scheduled activities.
Social Media Links
Add your business social media profiles:
- Twitter/X
- WhatsApp Business
These links appear on your online shop and marketing materials, making it easy for customers to connect with you.
Operating Hours
Set your business operating hours for each day of the week. This information displays on your online shop and helps customers know when you’re available.
Mark days when you’re closed (public holidays, weekends).
Multiple Locations
If you have multiple business locations, add each location with:
- Location name
- Address
- Contact details
- Operating hours
- Manager assigned
Manage locations in Settings > Locations.
Bank Account Information
Add your business bank account details for receiving payments:
- Bank name
- Account number
- Account name
- Bank branch (if applicable)
This information appears on invoices for customers making bank transfers.
Updating Company Information
To update any information:
- Go to Settings > Business Profile
- Click “Edit” next to the section you want to change
- Make your updates
- Click “Save Changes”
Changes appear immediately across all BrandDrive features.
Information Visibility
Control what information is public or private:
- Public – Visible to customers on online shop and invoices
- Private – Only visible to you and your team
Set visibility in Settings > Privacy.
Compliance and Accuracy
Ensure your business information is accurate for:
- Legal compliance
- Tax filing
- Professional credibility
- Customer trust
- Payment processing
Review and update information regularly, especially after business changes like relocation, rebranding, or registration updates.
